Valentine's Collection: Hot Chocolate Heart for Two

This fantastic hot chocolate-containing heart melts into 1-2 cups of hot chocolate!

Each heart is hand painted in our chocolate boutique in Chicago, and is filled with enough ground milk and dark chocolate to make 1-2 cups of hot chocolate, depending on how strong and thick you like your drinking chocolate. Simply put the heart into a pot, pour over 1-2 cups of water, milk or cream, and watch the ornament melt into steaming hot chocolate.
